Wells Fargo: We already have an expedited foreclosure judgment from Dec 17, 2018, but let’s do this again for no good reason, or maybe not, as Wells Fargo go silent.
A quick, short general denial appears to have done the trick, Wells Fargo has backed down.

Let’s get this right, Sadick lost an expedited foreclosure case in Dec 2018 and the judge made a provision that the foreclosure auction could not happen until earliest Feb 2019.
Now Sadick is in court fighting another expedited foreclosure in 2022.
Would a Texas foreclosure defense or creditor rights lawyer or judge explain that one?
Is this a system implemented for sanctioned and Bandit Texas lawyers only or can any homeowner facing expedited foreclosures expect the same 4 year relief?
