LIT’s review shows the home WAS scheduled for November 2024’s foreclosure auction, relying upon the deed of trust but without specifying any order of foreclosure, despite the duplicative history of litigation related to this real property.
As you’ll read and visualize below, the Notice has been doctored by the foreclosure mill lawyers at HWA, or their agents by whiting out the order/judgment section, as witnessed in June’s Notice.
Whether that was actually executed will be verified once the TRSale deed is posted in real records.
Unsurprisingly, the June 2024 auction did not proceed.
The same foreclosure mill lawyers, HWA appoint new substitute trustees (auctioneers) in September 2024 and the Sewing ownership continues as there’s no change in RPR or HCAD.
