Lawyer Clay Vilt’s Harris County Court Foreclosure Affidavit for Eddie Lindsey is Perjurious by Non-Disclosure

All the rogue lawyers are involved in Eddie Lindsey’s hard money loan, which has been converted to a foreclosure sale in Harris County.

The property was listed for Aug 2024 foreclosure. No TRSale deed is present as at the end of Oct. 2024 on real property records at Harris County.

This invited a flurry of communications between James Cuellar (lawyer for lender) and Lindsey, including a call with a second person on the phone with Lindsey by the name of “Clay”, a friend Lindsey claims was going to help him save his home from foreclosure.

Clearly, the “offer” wasn’t accepted based on the fact the communication was before the foreclosure and this filing was after (Aug. 20/21, 2024) into the closed case.

We’ve reached out to James Cuellar for an update.

No Bandit Vilt by Lindsey’s side as he filed pro se and the court passed hearing on his TRO to stop the Aug. 2024 non judicial foreclosure.

Case over.

We’ll swing back to check for the TRSale deed as right now there’s the backdated $10 fraudulent deed filed Aug. 1, 2024 from Vilt/De Pasquale purportedly passing title back to Eddie.

Bandit lawyer Clay Vilt’s service is returned undeliverable on Sep 19.

Nothin’ else on the docket since.

It looks to us like Eddie should have stuck to United and the Pension plan as his business and loan choices appear to have him in financial distress. However, that said, Vilt’s obviously an avid reader of LIT and usury laws.

How convenient is it to see rogue debt collector and Harvard grad, Cuellar back on LIT in such a short space of time.

We know the affidavits are drafted by the foreclosure lawyers, in this case the newly formed Vilt Law, PC. That stated, Vilt must know that Pilot Eddie was the CURRENT owner of the property at risk since 1998.

This is clearly a secured hard money loan from a shark to take equity out of the home without anything but the LTV being the main criteria for approving the loan. No bank statements, no accounts, etc. Quick, fast, and very expensive.

Didn’t the affidavit for United Pilot Eddie say that he purchased the property in 2020? Why is HCAD showing 1988?

Answer; Coz he bought it in a company name – Legacy Airways, LLC and made it a commercial loan.

But we’ve got questions… Legacy ain’t showing on HCAD…

and, when you look at Eddie’s Linkedin, he’s quickly ‘retired’ Legacy, and setup another company, Business air, or could it be under the other company, Air Transport Network?

(His day job is/was a Pilot for United for over 4 decades).
