Mackie Wolf’s sham auction listing every month continues…the latest listing for Nov. sale by auction. It’s been rolling over for several months now.
Notably, the same is also happenin’ with Tiffany Milan Investments, LLC, a case we’ve been watching closely but haven’t published at this time.

LIT exposed the Taha fraudulence as discussed in this published article and the judiciary and legal profession circled the Wagons of Ochlocracy and Corruption around Kevin Pawlowski and his scamming business Christian Consultants of Texas (CCTX).
The Tami Taha property has been relisted for August 2024 sale – 3 months after the last scheduled auction – so why the delay?
What kickbacks and money exchanging was required to relist?
Tami Taha was well out of the picture by the time of the first foreclosure and the homestead in full control and possession by CCTX and Pawlowski.
We assume there’s a private sale but the property needed time to fix and flip, based on past and present cases involving Pawlowski’s thievin’ entities.
By delayin’ and relisting 3 months later, that allows for this fraud to result in the cash windfall for the Christian thieves, bandits and outlaws.
Aug. 14 Update: The home’s been relisted again for sale in September. What, no credit bid? This is a fake auction listing, e.g. intentional delays in selling home.

LIT exposed the Taha fraudulence by both the Plaintiff’s lawyer and the Defendants’ foreclosure mill counsel in March 2024 after we received no response to our email directed at the Wolves of Foreclosure.
As a result, the order of foreclosure was quickly expedited by Judge Robert Schaffer in Harris County District Court 152 on March 28, 2024.
A week later, it’s listed on Mackie Wolf’s website; setting the auctioneer as AUCTION.COM for the planned non-judicial foreclosure on May 7, 2024.

Mackie Wolf’s recent filing in Harris County District Court regarding Tami Taha.
By way of background;
2015; Default 736 Judgment signed Feb 27, 2015
2019; BDF non-suited 736 for alleged COVID reasons
2021; BDF non-suited 736
2021; Tami Taha Loan Mod
2023; Zillow shows property “sold” on Mar. 16, 2023
2023; CCTX Record TREC Agreement recorded same day, Mar. 16, 2023 with sale amount $170k.
2023; HCAD shows CCTX as owners since Mar. 10, 2023.
2024; MW take over from BDF, filing a new 736 lawsuit on Jan. 26, 2024, seeking default Judgment with notice of hearing Mar. 28, Court 152, Judge Schaffer. There’s no mention of the recordings by CCTX/Pawlowski in your filings.
Now, according to the TREC agreement, Pawlowski provides moving boxes and one month’s rent to move out. The fact the service was returned undeliverable is a strong indication that she’s no longer in the property, which is most likely in control of Pawlowski et al.
Question 1: Who’s livin’ at the property – as servicers do drive-by inspection?
Question 2: Why did the foreclosure wolves not include the CCTX/Pawlowski filings in their 2024 case?
