Sydnor v. PHH Mortgage Corporation
(4:21-cv-00003)
District Court, N.D. Texas
JAN 5, 2021 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: JUL 20, 2021
As LIT also published today, in the case of Geiser v. PHH Mortgage Corp., this is irrefutable evidence that the accounting and mortgage servicing ‘proprietary’ software system(s) in place at PHH Ocwen are shambolic.
The Consent Orders and Decrees put in place against these rogue mortgage servicers with nearly every State in the country are being violated daily and without penalty.
