LIT has read the original petition and Cumpston should be in jail in our personal opinion – if the allegations are true – and restitution should be paid.
That stated, it doesn’t make it okay for a law firm to be unlawfully engaged in debt collection. It is clear and obvious that Andrew Myers regularly collect debts and have non attorney’s (paralegals) working regularly and billing regularly in these debt collectin’ lawsuits.
The Andrew Myers Law Firm requires to hold an active surety bond with the Secretary of State. We’ve checked once again and they fail to comply with Texas Law.
You cannot have Bandit lawyers stealin’ from a Thievin’Bandit. It should be a law abidin’ Law Firm acting like a Sheriff would – legally.
But then again, this is Texas, the Wild West and a Banana Republic.
