LIT’s 2024 UPDATE
As LIT’s investigative reporting confirms, the Bandit Texas Lawyer Clay “Untouchable” Vilt and Justina de Pasquale’s $10 Title Deed Fraudulent Conveyances are part of the SDTX federal judiciary’s Operation Cleanup of “Actual Fraud”, which continues into 2024.

“Because we must give the phrase “actual fraud” in § 523(a)(2)(A) the meaning it has long held, we interpret “actual fraud” to encompass fraudulent conveyance schemes, even when those schemes do not involve a false representation. We therefore reverse the judgment of the Fifth Circuit and remand the case for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.” – Supreme Court

The Daigle’s are still listed as homeowners as at Aug. 28, 2024. This, after Judge Jeff Brown’s Galveston court dismissing the fraudulent lawsuit, purportedly by Mrs Daigle. Although the fraudulent deed would be “transferred back” to the Daigles from Vilt/Pasquale, this would allow for a foreclosure sale, which was noticed in June but there’s no trustee’s deed on file showing if the auction took place.

Two Months the Case Has Been Stayed, to Avoid the Constant Gaze of LIT
By consenting to the magistrate judge, he can cancel the conference, with notice, and not do anything about rescheduling it – and it is not seen to be Judge Jeff Brown.
This also takes the heat off of the Rogues from BDF Hopkins, Bandit Lawyer Clay Vilt, especially since LIT is watchin’ EVERYTHING.

This is my 2nd year in the DISD family at Calder Road Elementary. I have been teaching for 14 years and this is my 2nd year in PK4. Originally from Ft. Worth, TX, my husband and I have lived in League City for 25 years and have 2 children (Sara & Ryan).
I am an avid football fan and love the Dallas Cowboys above all others (Win or lose….#trueblueforever)!
I have two class sessions daily.
My morning class arrives at 8:30 and dismisses at 11:45 while my afternoon class is currently remote and begins at 1:30 via Zoom.
