A search of property records show that MELQUIADES HUERTA RIVERA purchased the property after Hurricane Harvey and the claim that SUSANA SALAZAR has any interest in the property since 2021 is discounted, as there is no record of her or her ‘husband’ registered with HCAD. This suspicion is only raised because there’s no evidence nor exhibits attached to the complaint by Houston lawyer ERICK DELAROGUE.

To address yet another libelous article, Susana Salazar’s case was settled – see her review on my google page which I know you are familiar with. The foreclosure was stopped, she kept her house, and a favorable settlement was reached. For your legal knowledge, a petition doesn’t need to have exhibits filed with it to be sufficient. Additionally, you don’t need an affidavit supporting your claims. A signed declaration is perfectly acceptable which is what I use. I’m not sure what the point is of your articles. You label me a corrupt, rogue lawyer when 95% of my business is me helping people keep their home? Makes perfect sense.

Apparently there’s no settlement. Akerman, counsel for Caliber have been busy replacing all the attorneys who moved to Hinshaw and on Jan 24, 2023 they made a notice of appearance.
