LIT UPDATE
DEC 8, 2024 MAY 2, 2025
Federal case stopped midstream on June 16, 2023 – a scheduling conference was held with no notes and no final order entered.
What we’ve subsequently discovered is that there was an expedited foreclosure commenced by the Wolves of foreclosure Mackie Wolf, which commenced a year later, July 11, 2024 but was quickly put on temporary hold due to FEMA.
That stated, its now May 2025 and any temporary hold should have been at least [status] updated by the wolves, however, that has not happened and the court isn’t interested in dismissing for lack of prosecution at this time.
The property remains in the ownership of Brown and no movement to foreclose noted, nor any loan mod. or similar on the Harris County real property records.

07/11/2024 – 10/24/2024 (US BANK STOPPED PURSUING CASE)
A FEMA hold due to environmental concerns can delay or even prevent foreclosure under TRCP 736.
Here’s how:
Temporary Pause – If the property is flagged for FEMA-related environmental review, the foreclosure process is put on hold until the assessment is completed.
Regulatory Compliance – The lender (U.S. Bank Trust) must ensure the property meets FEMA’s requirements before proceeding. If the property is in a flood zone or has hazardous conditions, FEMA regulations might require additional steps before foreclosure can continue.
Potential Long-Term Impact – If the assessment finds significant environmental concerns, foreclosure could be prohibited or require special approvals.
– Environmental restrictions could make the property less attractive to potential buyers, possibly impacting its sale value.
Essentially, FEMA’s involvement adds an extra layer of scrutiny, which could delay foreclosure or alter its outcome.

Robert Clayton “Clay” Vilt resigned on November 6, 2023. That decision was reversed for no apparent reason. Then the judiciary and relevant gov. agencies went after LIT and the founders’ family, including a disabled 85-year-old widow. Today, 2.5 months later, we note this event. pic.twitter.com/AmVXCu3b7H
