On July 12, 2023, Judge Engelhart signs an Order from Plaintiff, non-suiting the case WITH PREJUDICE. Harris County Real Property Records confirm around the same time, Creswell entered into a loan modification agreement for the sum of $170k with a revised maturity date of 2063, a 40 year loan which will mean Karen Creswell is scheduled to pay off her mortgage when she’s 105 or thereabouts.
