LIT UPDATE
DEC 8, 2024
The original complaint by bandit lawyer Erick Delarue complained about the forbearance during COVID and the lender asked the Higa’s to complete a loan mod, which they claim to have completed.
LIT’s circled back two years later. The home is still owned by the Higa’s, but there’s no loan mod or any movement at all showing at Harris County real property records, the only recording is the original Warranty Deed with Vendors Lien (2019).

Higa v. CMG Mortgage, Inc.
(4:22-cv-01706)
District Court, S.D. Texas
MAY 25, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: MAY 28, 2022
LIT can confirm the Higa’s are still showin’ as homeowners despite loss of court case.
Stipulation of Dismissal WITH Prejudice filed by BDF Hopkins, re Erick DeLaRogue DeLaRue and his client, Higa.
It was three months silence on the docket to allow for Higa to get outta the house, and a dismissal to save DeLaRue and the Judiciary from facin’ more LIT updates on how the corrupt State and Federal Judiciary is behavin’ – criminally as per usual.
We’ll be swingin’ back around post judgment in a few months to see who owns the home. Who knows, maybe Higa negotiated a deal after our article on LIT and the background to the gallery of rogues involved in this case, also well documented on our investigative blog.
No movement on the docket since Aug 2.

The CMG Foundation honors our country’s service members and all they do to defend the freedom of the United States of America each and every day. My deep gratitude for them has made military organizations the largest recipients of The CMG Foundation’s funds in the past.
The CMG Foundation also proudly supports those affected by cancer. Providing funds to the Cancer Support Community Center of the Bay Area allows the organization to supply services for cancer patients and their family members. In 2014,
The CMG Foundation hopes to expand its beneficiary base and increase the number of fundraising events throughout the year.
