The timing of this situation is intriguing.

If this is the same Dougie, it appears he’s been losing significant money in litigation disputes or ongoing lawsuits.

Now, he’s seeking damages ranging from $250K to $1M for a back injury.

In our personal opinion, any insurer’s retained private investigator would have a field day (no pun intended) tracking Dougie’s activities, especially since he’s involved in real estate flipping—a line of work that his injury should theoretically prevent him from doing.

It will be interesting to see whether this lawsuit fades away once this article is published.

That said, if Lemm responds, this case will likely be pushed into ADR or mediation.

And let’s not forget, Craft used to be a mediator herself.

Ain’t much she hasn’t dirtied her hands on.
