Duels, Defamation and Threats of Lawsuits
LIT COMMENTARY
FEB 2, 2023
We’ve had an uptick of take-down notices and threats of lawsuits in December 2022 and January 2023. Notably, these writings are from Bandit debt collectin’ lawyers or ‘foreclosure defense’ lawyers (title deed fraudsters) and/or their law firms.
Prior to that timeline, we had the odd soul complain, but recently, the legal bandits seek to apply concerted pressure on LIT by sending unavailing take-down notices and making various libel and/or defamation claims, which are legally unsound.
We’re not impressed with the arguments. At LIT, we tell the truth, no BS.
As investigative journalists, we understand that our published articles will irk the legal profession, but when you’re a Bandit Lawyer or Law Firm, refusin’ to follow Texas, State or Federal laws, we’ll continue to inform citizens, subscribers and readers of LIT’s blog(s).
We ain’t goin’ anywhere, Bandits and Outlaws, so y’all can ask for a Duel with Gunslingers here at LIT, anytime.

Out of Office RE: Laws In Texas “Notice of Copyright Violation”

I’m away on a family vacation (visiting relatives in the Philippines).
I’m still checking email, but I might be slow in responding (especially because of the time difference), for which I apologize.
If you don’t hear from me in a few days or if your request is time-sensitive, please don’t be shy about following up with another email or by another mode of communication (e.g., text or phone).
This applies whether or not I’m on vacation, actually—I frequently fall behind on email for no particular reason (other than maybe volume).
Thanks, and happy holidays!
