Unlicensed Sandy Forsythe of New Millennia Properties is Another Foreclosure Defense Scammer

And you don’t have to look far to see the shady foreclosure defense lawyers involved, like Robert Clay Vilt of Vilt and Associates.

LIT COMMENTARY

Hard on the heels of the revelation about Christian Consultants of Texas (CCTX), we’re now movin’ onto Sandy Forsythe.

Admittedly, we’d taken special notice of Sandy Forsythe after tracking the foreclosure case re Dr Matney, a case which went before Judge Bennett. We take a special interest in any cases in the Houston Federal Courthouse, but none more so than a case involving Judge Al Bennett, who’s assigned to the Burkes case, one we are watching very closely on LIT.

Rogue  ‘foreclosure defense’ lawyer Clay Vilt et al, would also appear in this suspect dismissal in federal court. After that dismissal WITHOUT PREJUDICE, we started our investigation, and noted some grave concerns on the article at that juncture.

However, we were so busy with other projects, including CCTX, that we had to shelf the investigation at that time.

Now we’re circlin’ back and what we have found just confirms the Ochlocracy and corruption in Texas, from the OCCC, to the Texas Attorney General to State and Federal Courthouses.

Below, LIT documents the foreclosure scams and how the courts, the lawyers and the government agencies in Texas have condoned the unlawful theft of Texas homeowners properties. Please read the PDF’s, which explain the shenanigans and scams that are bein’ perpetrated against distressed homeowners in Texas.

We’re too small a blog to leverage mass public attention, but we’re smart enough to know that hat tippin’ mainstreet media will put a team onto this discovery by LIT, and one of them will take our raw data and release a blockbuster news article (even if most are owned by dubious entities who control free speech).

It happened recently when the Wall Street Journal ran with the Judges financial non-disclosures, something we’d been bangin’ on about for years. That series of news articles made things happen, including Congress enacting new laws for judges. Something that would have been unheard of before.

So we’re publishing this case along with the others we’ve found and will start marketing to the big media outlets to shed light on this foreclosure scam as well as Texas Ochlocracy, generally.
