On May 26, 2021, Koren S Levitas Knapp purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 24902 Abbey Court, Spring from Koren Levitas.

The property is appraised at $158,995.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,849.48, 3.05% of the appraised value of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 13, 2018.

In May 2021, 206 properties sold in Spring.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, there was one registered voter residing at 24902 Abbey Court, Spring as of Oct. 10, 2020:

Laura Ann Huff, 45.
