The Fifth Circuit has Unclean Hands. The Real Tragedy and Miscarriage of Justice Continues Every Day in Texas Courts

Today, the Fifth Circuit released an opinion seeking to come across as empathetic to the victims. Do not be fooled. They are slaughtering thousands of homeowners, young and elderly by wrongfully evicting them from their homes. They defend the corporations and the government, not the people. Texas has fallen foul of greed and corruption.

Phillip Bivens, Bobby Ray Dixon, and Larry Ruffin spent a collective 83 years in prison for the rape and murder of a woman in Forrest County, United States Court of Appeals Mississippi.

Their confessions were coerced and evidence against them fabricated. They were innocent.

Unless victims speak out against the travesty of justice and tragedy for those LIVING right now, it will take another 83 years for this court and another panel of judges to perhaps apologize for the wrongs of the Great Recession….

The Fifth Circuit has the blood of its own Citizens on its hands, as they would say, they come with unclean hands presenting this sad story.

They are responsible for allowing banks and their debt collecting lawyers to fabricate documents and evidence to steal homesteads.

So this opinion is quite inapropos. They are no different than those they accuse of crimes against humanity.

And in the end, is it Texas that will pay?

No, it will be the insurer who has to cover an event prior to the insurance being put in place. Here you go, says the Fifth, we’ll compensate the families, but it will be the insurers that will do so.

Oh, of course. They had to make it a Published Opinion. Nothing beats writing your own 5 Star Reviews.

By way of introduction, I too experience a Miscarriage of Justice via a Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals decision, affirming the federal district court opinion and order dismissing my Civil Rights complaint with predicted for all defendants, except Cynthia C. Bullington, Assistant Deputy Attorney Grievance Administrator, Attorney Grievance Commission, WITHOOUT PREJUDICE. Beverley Nettles v Michigan Supreme Court, etc., Case No. 18-1456, panel decision Keith, Kethledge, and Thapar, filed January 14, 2019. I did file a motion for rehearing en banc. Judge Damon Keith, prominent civil rights activist and attorney, before his judiciary tenure, died April 2016, at the age of 96 years old.

The panel order, is signed and entered by the Clerk of the Sixth Circuit Court Deborah S. Hunt. My Petition and Writ of Certerior, timely filed and denied June 2019. As you stated, “do not be fooled” by the published Fifth Circuit opinion and order affirming the federal court lower decision holding the Estates of the wrongfully convicted civil rights violation per a miscarriage of justice claim.

I commend your diligence, to right an egregious wrong by exposing the individuals and entities responsible for their actions in corrupting the criminal and civil justice system. The plaintiff ‘s right to seek vindication and damages for denial of their guaranteed civil and human rights under the United States Constitutional. Equally significant is your message to the public, albeit the plaintiffs’ are victorious in this case does not clean the hands of those that continue to obstruct justice, abuse their power under color of law—-using their legitimate authority to appear as if their conduct, actions and policies are pursuant to procedural and substantive due process.

Thank you for advancing the rights and liberties of those that are disadvantaged, victimized by a system lacking transparency and accountability.

    Sincerely,

    Beverley
