In a nutshell: HAR Realtor Keith Buchanan and his known entity Plan B Financial flip the Redfern home on Aug 31, 2023 and gross $94k profit. Kickback checks issued shortly thereafter to all legal representatives.
Lots of typos on the family names from Georgia L. Lewis to Georgia N. Lewis and Markayla Lewis to Makayla Lewis as daughter/grand-daughter re ‘father’s’ estate and the property she resides in is subject to foreclosure, yet the grand-daughter is livin’ in an apartment per heir’s affidavit. This affidavit makes no mention of Damien Lewis.
Georgia Lewis purchasin’ a home (Brimwood Dr.) in June 2022….sadly, only to pass less than a couple of weeks later.

Affidavit of Ma(r)kayla Lewis (daughter) as ‘heir’ – petition by Minerve mentions Damien as seeking payoff.
It raises the question, why is there two separate civil lawsuits with two different lawyers?
And what about Makayla (mother – living)?
