LIT’s investigation into the non non-suited case unveiled that MJM Investments, LLC is owned by the Plaster family and they appear to have purchased the home in 2009 for cents on the dollar.  At a BDF controlled foreclosure auction after the prior owner, Michael W Stallworth defaulted on his $360k mortgage with Indymac, it was sold for $55,285.

I worked with Del back in the early days at Indymac Bank.

At that time, Del already had a firm foundation of industry knowledge and judgment, but he constantly strived to increase his knowledge through education, training, and seeking out new opportunities.

After all these years, I would gladly word with him again, knowing that he has great experience, a critical mind, and the ability to make decisions based on the needs of the business.
