LIT UPDATES & COMMENTARY
LIT: JAN 9, 2025
Three properties on HCAD are shown in the summary below listing Superior Consulting Group (“Superior”).
We’ve also updated the Sheldon Ridge Way (“Woodson”) Property which was scheduled for Jan. 7, 2025 foreclosure after many years of litigation. There’s been all kinds of nonsense by Welch regarding these properties, and its not stopping anytime soon.
A review of the real property records along with the eviction court proceedings shows that the BBVA eviction case for the $1.6M home in Tomball which resulted in a $15k lien in 2019 has been released on Nov. 2024. We’re curious to know why.
The Arrowhead property past owner – Anthony Jackson is apparently the former son-in-law to federal Judge Kenneth Hoyt, Houston.
That said, As it stands on Jan 9, 2025, Welch is still in full control of these 4 homes.
