Questions Americans Should be Asking
- Why is America standing by Deutsche Bank, who are being raided all over the world and have the most appalling track record of corruption, fraud, racketeering, libor rigging and much more.
- Why is government standing by a German owned Bank that failed the financial stress test?
- Why is government, and in particular, the part of government that controls mortgages and lending, led by US Treasurer and active “foreclosure king” Steve Mnuchin, formerly of IndyMac and OneWest?
- Why is Mnuchin receiving over $1,000,000 in payments from companies registered at Bee Caves, Austin, which happens to be the location for Hopkins Law PLLC, lawyers for Deutsche Bank? And why are directors of these companies leading back to Short Sale and Distressed Property Foreclosure businesses, as well as Ocwen, which his Government and departments (CFPB) are suing right now in Florida?
- How about his newly appointed colleague, Joseph Otting, Comptroller of the Currency. Why is he leading the OCC? This was the individual who would write to the OCC in his role as CEO at OneWest Bank (now CIT) asking for documentation from the FDIC to help expedite foreclosures due to “lost paperwork”.
- Why is the Supreme Court of Texas Task Force filled with Foreclosure Mill attorneys like Tommy Bastian of Barrett Daffin (BDFTE) who are pushing House Bills to expedite foreclosure?
- Why are the oral hearing tapes being suppressed when these Task Forces admit on the record to fraud on the court by fabrication of documentation required to foreclose?
- Why is the CFPB writing Amicus Briefs for the pending Obduskey Supreme Court case when they are called the “consumer” agency – yet supporting debt collecting foreclosure lawyers?
- Why are the CFPB attacking Ocwen nationwide with lawsuits and then reaching settlement agreements for cash penalties? However, these monies are rarely seen by the stricken homeowners? Furthermore, it’s normally a sum so paltry (cents on the thousands) that they offer, it’s hardly restitution for the losses incurred by the homeowners.
- Why are the Courts, Judges and Justices’ allowing this corruption to continue, in contradiction of their Oath and Ethical Canons.
