LIT UPDATE & COMMENTARY
We have returned to obtain the TRSALE DEED (foreclosure sale deed) from Harris County real property records for this expedited foreclosure which was granted by signed order on MAY 6, 2024 – over seven months ago – but there’s nothing on the real property records and HCAD is unchanged as well. Also, there was no listing in Dec. 2024’s nonjudicial foreclosure sales.
Non-Suiting yet another foreclosure action leaves Comerica and PHH ONITY time-barred, in Texas law.https://t.co/JVexa7UOtF pic.twitter.com/tIlUt1BTIl

This foreclosure has so many holes, you just need to look at the plaintiff’s name and then at the affidavit by PHH.
Furthermore, there’s a precedential eviction case just released
– Aderemi v. Massandra KV Vineyards Owner LLC, No. 01-22-00520-CV (Tex. App. Oct. 31, 2023) –
which confirms that who you name in the suit is very relevant in any legal proceeding.
LIT suggests one can say the same about a reverse mortgage foreclosure suit.
