This is not the first time the Galloway Law Firm’s application for foreclosure is not compliant with Harris County District Court rules.

We have returned to obtain the TRSALE DEED (foreclosure sale deed) from Harris County real property records for this expedited foreclosure which was granted by signed order on MAY 6, 2024 – over seven months ago – but there’s nothing on the real property records and HCAD is unchanged as well. Also, there was no listing in Dec. 2024’s nonjudicial foreclosure sales.
