No “Free Home” in Texas Appellate Courts

Many homeowners have fought their way up to the Appellate court in Louisiana known as the US Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit and all have failed to come away with a registered win.

Many homeowners have fought their way up to the Appellate court in Louisiana known as the US Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit and all have failed to win.

We suggest that the court system is only going to vote one way, no matter what your winning argument is, they’ll twist and turn and do anything to make it so that the Banks win.

And we don’t offer hearsay – we’re talking about years of judicial bias. We also assume the Court does not audit it’s recordings because we found one Judge oral statement of bias is recorded on tape..in open Court record.

Yet, despite bringing this up in a recent motion, the Court ignored this and other blatant bias statements against homeowners in rulings for the Bank.

How can the American people expect a fair tribunal when the Judges are bias?

The case of Reinagel v Deutsche Bank ended with the Bank being awarded the home due to Judicial bias.
