Rose M. Chavis (“Decedent”) was a co-mortgagor under the Loan Agreement and co-owner of the Property at issue in this action. Decedent died on or about February 28, 2020. Upon information and belief, no probate is open for Decedent’s estate in the county where the subject property is located or the county in which she died. Accordingly, there is no executor or administrator to be made a party in this proceeding as the personal representative of the Decedent’s estate.
