LIT UPDATE
FEB 1, JUN 6 DEC 6, 2024
No surprise here, lawyer's home is still his home 7+ months after dismissal of case.
Eighteen months after the case was dismissed with prejudice and six months after our last update, you can see that bein’ a lawyer in Texas means you don’t need to pay anyone, including the government and you’ll be untouchable.
As anticipated, there’s no change in property ownership.
Considering Sike’s IRS problems, combined with his mortgage default, and lookin’ at his current case load, unless he’s obtained a large personal injury case award from another district or state case, he doesn’t look like his finances will be in much better condition today than they were previously.
