NOTICE OF NO RESPONSE TO WILMINGTON’S DISMISSAL MOTION

We've tied up the Namazi family connection....
Nope Cameron ain’t a lawyer.
He’s a realtor in Texas with Real Scumbags as associates.
But he’s been fine in the court system representin’ the Texas corporation pro se while he delays the foreclosure and in the interim has sold the home (Sep 14, 2022), all the while without payin’ off the mortgage off on which he (or more likely the Real Scumbags he’s associated with) apparently “bought” for ten bucks.
How do you do that without repayin’ the outstanding mortgage?
Simple, you hit up an emotionally distressed homeowner in foreclosure and steal the home using a fraudulent warranty deed. We’ll explained it all on LIT before, catch up on the articles HERE.
Ultimately, Cameron and the Real Scumbags should be able to finalize the sale, settle up and walk away with bundle of cash-in-hand and without an eyelid bein’ batted anywhere…
It’s how you roll in Texas, when you’re in the real estate game.
HAR and TREC and all them don’t care, nor does the judiciary, and the foreclosure mill lawyers will work with everyone that’s on the take, illegally.
After all, we don’t see anywhere in the removal that Akerman disclosed the real owner of the property, Clifford Hill, who was facing a foreclosure case in Harris County District Court, and which just happened to end around the time that Cameron and the Real Scumbags acquired his home…via James Smith, who we assume is a relative of Hill but we’ll swing back round at a later point in time to see if we can expand further on Smith.
