Delarue’s motion to withdraw was blanked by Judge Hawkins and so the slow sales process continued until we rolled back around a year later (see next section), which resulted in an Oct. 25, 2023 sale. Then Delarue returned Dec 22, 2023 to give notice, and to dismiss the case with prejudice.
