Legacy Brokerage LLC v. NewRez Mortgage LLC. It’s not a good start for Attorney Ken Harter when his client is obfuscating the real company name.

There is no LLC in Texas with that name, there is only Legacy Brokerage, Inc. which appears to be the true company identity. If that’s the case, then Harter is aligning himself with ‘real scumbags’.

So let’s get this right.

Judge Jordan sets a deadline of July 5 for BDF Hopkins to reply re jurisdiction and they blank him.

That’s sanctionable conduct, and it’s been excused by an Article III judge  – and not, as Mark Hopkins would say – “You’re Only a Magistrate Judge”?

Then, today, Harter files a voluntary dismissal for his entity – one that nobody can locate in Texas…

It all looks very contrived.
