EVO MERCHANT SERVICES LLC vs. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N A

(Court 157, TANYA GARRISON)

MAY 26, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: MAY 27, 2022

Here’s your answer (read July 7 update first) –   AGREED JUDGMENT, ORDER SIGNED, (next day, July 8)

The Cowboy’s garnishment netted $76 bucks – That against the $118.7k judgment.

Cowboy Clark is behavin’ like Shawn Grady and tryin’ to intimidate Judge Tanya Garrison into issuing the ORDER of Garnishment, as Clark is a fellow member of the cult society known as lawyers, who believe they are all above the law.

What will she do with the continual harassment by Cowboy lawyer Clark, and his completely unnecessary renewed filing on July 5, 2022?

Despite our article and tweets alerting this rogue law firm, lawyer Brian W. Clark of Kane Russell Coleman Logan continues to defy Texas law and reassert that they are ABOVE THE LAW by filing a “Notice of Service as to Dang Pham dba Tire Town and Certified Mail and Receipts Attached“, on June 28, 2022.

This firm and the lawyer in charge should be reported to the State Bar of Texas and any other sanctions the State may apply to these unethical lawyers.

Lawyers for JPMorgan file response on Jun 24, no mention of authorized practice of debt collection (they want their own fees).

Everyone involved, from the courts to the State know that this garnishment cannot be legally executed. We’ll keep watchin’ while y’all play ignorant.

On 13th June, Brian Clark filed a letter, reminding the state court judge to issue his writ without further delay. He’s behavin’ like Grady.

Other lawyers and firms have retracted after our publication, where they are violating the Texas Finance Code.

LIT will be making the State Bar of Texas, AG’s office and others aware of this rogue lawyer and firm.

Indeed, on the same day Brian Clark has unabashedly filed another debt collection law suit, this time in Federal Court, in violation of Texas laws.

Another Rogue Debt Collection Law Firm in Houston, Texas

Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC, a Texas based law firm, does not have a Surety Bond with the Secretary of the State of Texas in violation of Texas law. They are operating unlawfully collecting this debt. Why is nobody doing a simple check on these Rogue law firms, we’re catchin’ many out with a simple debt collector search?

LIT is not taking sides as far as whether the debt is owned, and if it is then litigation is the correct method. But it’s one part of the legal system to hire lawyers to obtain a judgment, it’s another part for a lawyer, acting as a debt collector in the State of Texas, to collect e.g. garnishment. That requires compliance with the laws and as their own petition states, for example, they refer to ‘no supersedeas bond’ – which is contradictory as they have no surety bond registered with Texas SOS.
