Bob’s Back: Strange Retains Bandit Lawyer Clay Vilt re His Other 14 Year Old Residential Foreclosure

After Fed. Judge Keith Ellison tossed his Law case law and precedents to the side in Strange’s other foreclosure, Vilt wants to double down.

U.S. Bank National Association (Represented by Locke Lord)

as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-HE2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2

(4:22-cv-03911)

District Court, S.D. Texas (Judge Lee Rosenthal)

NOV 9, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: NOV 11, 2022

Nov. 18, 2022

We’re just gonna leave this Dismissal WITHOUT Prejudice Order right HERE, signed by the Chief Presiding Judge of SDTX, Lee Rosenthal.

UPDATE: NOV. 17, 2022

Vilt’s Dismissal WITHOUT Prejudice request filed on Nov. 17, a week after removal (Doc. #3 tells the tale) and the case has been assigned ‘randomly’ to the Chief of Mischief, the “It’s Me Against You” Judge and the Judge that believes Judges have immunity to lie, cheat and steal per her own words.

Let’s see if she grants dismissal WITHOUT prejudice, keeping the new precedent intact, by her dear friend and colleague on the bench, Judge Keith Ellison.

Bandit lawyers Clay Vilt and David Medearis should be sanctioned and barred from filing in state and federal courts, using the ‘All Writs Act’ that this court has come to use freely upon it’s own citizens.
