This dude is a criminal.

He’s been running around town finding people who have a spare 60 grand or so and tells ’em he can sell them a house worth normally over $200k for that small amount.

He’s apparently got the gift of the gab because he doesn’t even own the home and yet these victims are parting with the cash without viewing the property.

It’s obvious he’s tellin’ them this is a very LIMITED TIME OFFER.

That aside, this criminal never turns up in court to defend the actions and despite LIT highlighting his fraud, he’s still out there doin’ the same scheme.

It all goes to affirm, Texas should be renamed the State of Thieves.
