LIT’s SCARY HALLOWEEN UPDATE 18 MONTHS LATER
Oct 30, 2024
We are meticulously auditing the cases that Texas attorney Robert Clayton Vilt has surrendered under the guise of the U.S. Government’s lawyer protection program. Our renewed focus on the Nix case has solidified our belief—backed by undeniable evidence—that this legal opportunist and his associates are under the protection of the government and judiciary. Why is this happening? Simply put, the foreclosure industry is a lucrative venture, and the real estate market offers a rapid path to significant profits, especially with judicial backing and collusion.
LIT has exposed these corrupt practices, and now the U.S. Government is scrambling to erase the evidence of our findings while simultaneously retaliating against our organization and our families in an attempt to silence our media campaign.
As detailed below, the $60,000 sale referenced was a sheriff sale in January 2023 related to an HOA foreclosure. Just two months later, in March 2023, the property was redeemed, with redemption deeds filed on August 1, 2023—returning to none other than Clay Vilt himself.
This redemption was strategically timed with Vilt’s abrupt non-suit of the Cornerstone case, setting the stage for the priority lienholder’s ability to foreclose. A year later, in April 2024, the property was sold to investor Raj Thapar of KRT Partners LLC for $257,000.
The implications of these transactions are profound, revealing a web of corruption and complicity that must be addressed.

LIT COMMENTARY
The dust is beginning to settle and clear on this case.
Vilt filed to stop Cornerstone foreclosure.
However, it was the HOA who already had a no-show default judgment from an earlier proceeding as detailed further on in this article.
After LIT posted the Cornerstone lawsuit which was filed on Dec. 28, 2022 on Dec. 30, Vilt immediately cancelled the request for the TRO.
By doing so, the HOA foreclosure could proceed, which it did, and the property sold to Thi Nguyen for $60k.
Cornerstone’s lien and dues of around $180k (the mortgage) is still open for collection….
As at today’s update (Feb. 25, 2023), the real property documents are not available showing this auction sale.
