ORDER SIGNED SETTING HEARING
08/29/2024
With a filing on August 29, along with a same-day hearing, the TRO has been granted but the order is pending.
Let’s look at the facts which allowed for this decision by Ancillary Judge Robert Schaffer:
Minerve provides a template for his foreclosure petitions and each one has “a buyer” lined up, which rarely actually happens. The same is true for the May 2024 stop foreclosure by Minerve.
Minerve’s statement in his latest petition contradicts the exhibit, namely B, where he presents an email with a tentative claim that there’s a loan in principle from a person named Yusef. It’s subject to a FICO score which we believe is not attainable, given his latest bankruptcy filing and multiple delinquencies and foreclosures on properties he owns.
We’ve provided some background on him and his business interests, along with his landlord. It’s self explanatory.
