ALL ABOUT PROPERTY LLC vs. SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING INC
(Court 011, JUDGE KRISTEN BRAUCHLE HAWKINS)
JUN 8, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: JUN 8, 2022
A Rule 11 Agreement letter was filed by Hirschy (Oct 17, 2022) seeking to confirm verbal agreement to extend answer deadline to Oct. 31. Jeff Jackson apparently blanked that, as no filing has made an appearance on the docket from Hirschy for the non-bank client / MERS by the deadline.
Last movement on the docket was defendants answer on June 22. This case should have been noticed for dismissal for want of prosecution.
All quiet, as Hord has just recently arrived at the office, after Wimbledon.
Michael Hord Jr appears to answer for MERS, et al with a general denial before he no doubt sweeps this over to federal court, toute suite.
New : Another lawsuit re “All About”, an Indian IT Companies Theft of American Apartments for cents on the dollar.
In this case they paid $44k for a property valued at $170k.
That’s one Quarter of the retail value.
