Board members are elected to two-year terms and may be re-elected for a consecutive two-year term. Elections are held on a rolling cycle as terms expire, with 4 non-affiliated director seats elected in odd-numbered years and 1 affiliated director seat elected in even- numbered years. Up to 4 additional directors may be appointed by the CEO to serve for up to 2 years and may be re-appointed for up to another 2 years. Andrea Tromberg, Esq.

Andrea Tromberg graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 in the top 10% of her class, and then earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. After several years of at the Public Defender’s Office and then private practice, Andrea Tromberg joined Tromberg Law Group in 2010. She brought to the firm her vast experience in complex litigation, as well as her effective abilities in the courtroom, appellate work, trial, management and remarkable personal skills, making her a valuable asset to the firm.

Michael J. McCormick, Esq.

Michael is a senior partner in the bankruptcy department at McCalla Raymer, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, where he assists in the bankruptcy representation for dozens of mortgage lenders and servicers nationwide.  He has been with the firm since 2004.

Before moving to the Atlanta area in 2004, Michael had a debtor practice with Bond, Botes & McCormick, P.C. in Biloxi, Mississippi and practiced civil and commercial litigation with Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca, P.A. in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Michael is a native of Toronto, Canada and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario.  He graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1994 and is admitted to practice in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee.

Michael has conducted continuing legal education seminars; written numerous articles; spoken to community groups, attorneys, and servicers; and even appeared on television to discuss bankruptcy.  He has discussed the Bankruptcy Reform Bill (BAPCPA), federal regulations governing escrow accounts, and bankruptcy rule amendments in 2011 and 2016.  He has written articles on these and many other subjects.

Michael is a member of several bankruptcy organizations, including the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference; the bankruptcy sections of the Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee bar associations; the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (associate member).

He was recently appointed to the TBA Bankruptcy Law Section Executive Council, and has served on the NACTT Mortgage Committee by helping to draft “Best Practices for Trustees and Mortgage Servicers in Chapter 13” and working with the Federal Rules Committee on the revisions to Federal Bankruptcy Rules which became effective on December 1, 2011 (i.e., Rules 3001 and 3002.1).

He also chairs the Escrow Statements Subcommittee of the NACTT MortgageWorking Group.

Since 2010 Michael has served on the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal Notes and Comments Advisory Committee.  Michael is also recognized by the American Board of Certification as a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist.

In July 2014 Michael was re-elected to the board of directors for the American Legal and Financial Network (ALFN) for a second term, and in July 2016 was appointed as an at-large director.

In his spare time, Michael is an avid sports fan, especially hockey and baseball.  He has also worked for several minor league baseball and hockey teams.

John Hearn, Esq.

John leads Rogers Townsend’s Default Services Department.

A seasoned litigator, his legal work has focused on resolution of title insurance claims, contested foreclosure matters, and property tax sale disputes. This experience provides a unique perspective to the operations of default servicing.

In his career, John has managed a wide variety of business litigation matters, and has traveled the state defending claims against lenders. In that capacity, he managed a team of lawyers concentrating on those claims.

John has served on the Executive Committee of the Richland County Bar Association for five years and is a past-president of the RCBA. John also serves the SC Bar as a volunteer Attorney to Assist for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, as a mentor for the Lawyers Helping Lawyers program, and as section delegate for the Bar’s Consumer Law Council, the governing body of the Consumer Law Section. Natalie Grigg, Esq.

Natalie A. Grigg is a Partner in the firm’s residential foreclosure department.  Ms. Grigg represents creditors and servicers throughout New York State in foreclosures including loss mitigation and all litigated matters.

Prior to joining Woods Oviatt, Ms. Grigg represented creditors and servicers in contested matters in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings throughout New York State.  She has extensive experience with litigated matters within bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings as well as commercial litigation.

Kim Hammond, Esq.

Kim obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993, and received her B.A. in Legal Studies from SUNY Buffalo in 1990. She joined Keith D. Weiner & Associates Co., LPA  (KWA) in October, 1999 as the Managing Attorney for the foreclosure practice.

Deanne R. Stodden, Esq.

Deanne’s practice encompasses all areas of real estate law, business law, banking law and creditor’s rights.

The majority of her legal career has focused on the representation of large and small financial institutions and other creditors in residential and commercial foreclosures, loan workouts, deficiency actions and real estate-related litigation.

Deanne has significant experience negotiating and documenting loan transactions involving real estate. Randall S. Miller, Randy as he is called by his friends, graduated from Michigan State University  in 1987 with a B.S. in Political Science/Pre-Law.  He earned his J.D. at the Detroit College of Law in 1992.

After spending over a decade as a trial attorney, Randy started his law firm, Randall S. Miller & Associates in 2002.  The firm is now in the States of Colorado, Illnois, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Randy is also the CEO of U.S. Default Management, a back office solutions provider, helping save servicers millions of dollars per year.

His current focus is on their new Universal Attorney Audit Platform, which benefits servicers and attorneys alike.  Schweitzer Title Agency, LTD is another of Randy’s companies, providing national title solutions, as well as handling closing/escrow matters.

He formerly sat on both the Executive Board and Executive Committee of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and headed its PAC Task Force.

He also served on the Executive Board of the Michigan Association for Justice.  As a member of the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly, an elected position that he held until being term limited out, he chaired its Drafting Committee where he had the ability to redraft Michigan’s’ attorney ethics standards.
