This case would be non-suited without prejudice on 18/19 April, 2023…same date as our last update.
We’ve combined the complaint and verification with TRO here.
So after we highlighted the corrupt PDF issue, the sales contract, exhibit 1 was corrected and we can now view it.
First, the buyer is an LLC which is forfeited for not filing franchise tax returns.
Secondly, the contract is not properly executed.
