Harris County District Court’s Restricted Access to Dockets has been implemented without applying the law in violation of open court dockets.

Different Court, Different Result

The files “restricted” on the District Court’s Docket when added to the Mandamus Appeal at COA1 – ain’t restricted. Why is that – because ‘restricting’ is unlawful, it ain’t in any rules, statute or Texas law, it’s a “made up” name to prevent access to open courts in violation of both Texas, and the US Constitution.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Alliance Machine & Specialties, Inc., has filed a petition for mandamus relief, subject to its motion to transfer venue in the court below, requesting that this Court vacate the trial court’s order denying relator’s motion to disqualify the real parties in interest’s attorneys.1 We deny the petition. All pending motions are dismissed as moot.
