The TREC agreement cannot be valid as it’s unconscionable and the homeowner is also legally incapable of entering contract.

Given the extreme nature of your allegations, without any first hand knowledge of, or from the party you are claiming to be at fault in these articles, a phone conversation is a very reasonable thing to ask of you before I take the time to respond to the items you have requested.

Do you have the desire to know the truth? Or am I wasting my time and you are just hoping to have a little more information to misconstrue?.

The home was listed for sale per Zillow on Apr. 19, 2022 for $174,900 but when the market softened due to increase in interest rates, the price was dropped $20G’s to $154,900. It was taken offline on Jul. 29, 2022. On Oct. 10, 2022 Off Market LLC “purchased” the home for $10 bucks.

No sooner had LIT published a related article on this company, and giving them the benefit of the doubt, they’ve filed within 48 hrs re another sale gone awry. There is no vague line here, this home deal is clearly unconscionable.
