“Rosalind Warren sued her bank and its property management company after they foreclosed on her home and changed the locks. Because Warren was a tenant at sufferance and the bank was the true owner, Warren fails to state a claim on the three causes of action she pursues on appeal: trespass, wrongful eviction, and invasion of privacy. Accordingly, we AFFIRM.”
