LIT COMMENTARY & UPDATES
MAY 26, 2025
This article started out tracking two foreclosures for TA. Those two properties have been sold at foreclosure auction, namely 2706 Francis St and 3527 Winbern.
However, as we were scanning real property records, we noted that TA has a matured note for 3 more properties, and these are new builds. TA negotiated a short 3-month extension with the holder of the note, Valuebank.
In the interim, he’s sold one property at 3509 Palmer to a newly formed Texas entity Reset & Reset LLC, controlled by Laura Bounnhaseng and Sonia Escobar of Katy, Texas.
In short form, we’ll continue to track these new build properties with Valuebank and what transpires.
