LIT’s waited for the dust to settle and allow time for propagation after our article was published.

First, we went to Harris County Real Property Records to see if the Auctioneers (Trustee’s) Deed had been recorded, which would show the buyer, amount and related information. NADA. Nothing.

Second, we went to Auction.com and note the auction sale was canceled.

Third, we returned to the bankruptcy court, but there’s no new filings for Maria Mastroperros.
