LIT UPDATE & COMMENTARY

Case Conditionally Dismissed where PHH a Party and Baker Donelson are Counsel (Jun 11, 2024) – As we explained in our Aug. 22, 2024 update, this case should have been reinstated. It still hasn’t been reinstated.

We also called out the plaintiff who is a teacher and a HAR Realtor for listing her own property for sale.

Upon our return, some 3 and a half months later, the home is no longer listed for sale and no movement on BCAD

We’ve returned and the 2 days on the market at June 7, is now up to 10 days….yup, they’ll say there was a buyer that fell thru or the price is now $30k lower at $455,500 from $485,500 in June, we ain’t buying that – this is another complete con – the homeowner is the seller/realtor and that says it all.

Well the parties came back on June 7 and dismissed the case.

The home is on the market for 2 days per HAR.

Guess who’s the realtor:

Anndaraia Johnson.

She’s also a teacher at Olympia Middle School in Ft Bend.

What’s the odds this “conditional” settlement will reopen on or around June 7, 2024?

LIT suggests 99.99 percent, if the property ain’t sold by JC Moses / Delarogue, et al.
