Foreclosure Defense

It’s M and M Time for Mr Cooper as Mr and Mrs Copeland Tag Along

The Plaintiff has a buyer ready, who is paying for James Minerve legal fees. There’s also a $25k second lien in Oct. absent from the petition.

LIT UPDATE AND COMMENTARY

Minerve estimated $94k payoff. For now, we’ll assume this covers any and all loans/liens.

There’s $100k third lien as at Jun 2023 which wasn’t mentioned in his calculation for Horton’s investment property (its not his homestead).

That would be the $100k funded by Harrington, a realtor as recorded 6.20.2023.

The real property records show no foreclosure deed since this lawsuit.
