There’s two other law firms mentioned in Barsalou’s filings re attorney fees, Bartley and Spears, who had a surety bond but canceled it on Oct. 1, 2021 (despite many HOA lawsuits filed thereafter) and Simich Law Firm, P.C. and Tamara L. Simich who has maintained compliance with the law since at least 2013 (hat tip).
Y’all Didn’t Have a Surety Bond At All Prior to 2022
And non attorneys in the office, per your website that have worked there for a decade (e.g. Paralegal)
Texas, the legal profession and the judiciary are Legal bandits and Outlaws. It’s been the Wild West on steroids since the Financial Crisis. It will take substantial effort and more Ochlocracy to continue to try and cover up this scandal which we LIT up, and continue to spotlight.
