DEFENDANT GATEWAY MORTGAGE GROUP’s NOTICE OF REMOVAL
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT GATEWAY MORTGAGE (F/K/A GATEWAY FIRST BANK), A DIVISION OF GATEWAY FIRST BANK (“GATEWAY”) hereby appears and provides notice of its removal of this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1441.
On April 6, 2022, Defendant in the above-captioned action removed this action to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, by filing a Notice of Removal in that Court.
A copy of the Notice of Removal is attached as Exhibit “A.”
Accordingly, under 28 U.S.C. §1446(d), this Court may proceed no further unless and until this case is remanded.
