Laws In Texas is a blog about the Financial Crisis and how the banks and government are colluding against the citizens and homeowners of the State of Texas and relying on a system of #FakeDocs to foreclose on homeowners around this great State.
We are not lawyers. We do not offer legal advice. We are citizens of the State of Texas who have spent a decade in the court system in Texas and have been party to the good, the bad and the very ugly.
Unfortunately, it’s a conveyor belt of corruption at the highest Court level. It’s tainted, and only the people can change the leadership to follow legal precedents and century old laws. These laws are being rewritten for banks and government to aid fraud and theft. People need to know the severity of this corruption. This is our goal and your support is essential for this to happen. Laws In Texas is the judicial voice for everyday citizens and residents of Texas who want their liberty and freedom back from banks and institutions that are controlling government.
We believe Jefferson was a visionary when he stated:-
“An enlightened citizenry is indispensable for the proper functioning of a republic. Self-government is not possible unless the citizens are educated sufficiently to enable them to exercise oversight. It is therefore imperative that the nation see to it that a suitable education be provided for all its citizens.”~Thomas Jefferson, 1817.
Unfortunately, today this is not being performed by the State of Texas nor the Government of the United States.

It’s clear that the people of Texas want a political party that is for the people.
Right now there isn’t one.
Why? Because most politicians are lawyers and they promote internally, so all the top jobs in the 3 branches of government is controlled by lawyers and those elected as judges.
It’s a government of self-serving advocacy. A government that is hurting the residents and citizens, namely the elderly, families and our next generation.
