Amazingly, another unlawful debt collection case “settles” on Nov. 9, as soon as LIT’s on the case which was assigned to Judge Al “Bent” Bennett’s Court.

Both the firm and the lawyer are ‘self confessed’ debt management / debt settlement providers. When you come to Texas, you need to be registered with the OCCC. Neither are, in violation of the law.
Let’s see if Judge Bennett will just proceed and turn a blind eye to Texas Laws, he’s an expert at blanking what he doesn’t want to read or know.
