As our timeline below confirms, the property at 14866 Dorray Ln, Houston, with a current value of around $325k, was sold at foreclosure for $58k to Lloyd Julian, and he flipped it quickly with the new owner Montano Jr taking a $266k note on the property.
Lloyd appears to be a young footballer who’s father Preston Julian is a real estate investor who’s mentoring his son. We’ve uncovered a lot about these two in a short period and we’ll probably swing back as time allows to discuss more about this boutique family of local H-town real estate investors with strong relationships within the foreclosure vertical.

LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK ONE (1) OF OAK PARK RIDGE, SECTION FOUR (4) REPLAT NO. 1, A SUBDIVSION IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN FILM CODE NO. 554082 OF THE MAP RECORDS OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS.
