The Erick DeLaRue Story is Unbelievable
How was Susan Peterson able to afford to purchase 712 Northwood St, Houston in February 2022, valued at $435k, when she was unable to meet the payments for her Hunter-Kelsey loan?
You can peruse all the DeLaRue lawsuits in Harris County District Court and note the complaint is a template-driven response to stop the foreclosure sale, wherein it is repetitive in nature, e.g., from COVID-19 issues, to never receiving notice of foreclosure, receiving a ‘barrage’ of investor letters which ‘shocked’ the client, and more recently, filing these lawsuits without any exhibits at all nor a client affidavit submitted (declarations instead).
