LIT’s reviewing the blind draw system at S.D. Tex. Federal Courthouse. It certainly appears that the draw is not blind, it’s calculated.

Apparently a rental property qualifies for loan modification in these times.

Last time we checked only main residence’s qualify.  But then again, this is Texas courts and they write what they want and read what they want to see.

Bell’s name is still listed at HCAD and despite a slew of liens, it appears that the loan mod was accepted/3 month trial is being completed – as this case was dismissed with prejudice in September.
