DOCKET CONTROL/PRETRIAL ORDER SIGNED
Howdy,
We’re trackin’ y’all’s lawsuit in Harris County District Court;
https://lawsintexas.com/pr/24b
We note the first amended complaint excludes the verification(s) by Caroline Allison from the Original petition.
We’re not sure if y’all have any historians in the office, but if you do, they may be familiar with the “Massacre at Glencoe”, instigated by the Campbell Clan against the MacDonalds.
Considerin’ there’s a Campbell on the other side of the table, we’re interested to understand whether she’s decided that it was treacherous to include those verifications on the amended complaint, and requested they be officially retracted?
Any insight and clarification would be useful as we plan to update our article henceforth.
Y’all have a great day.
